  • To facilitate & implement a continuous skill competence development & training program to upgrade & improve technical skills and workshop management efficiency jointly with Advisory Support Group.
  • Providing service & parts repairs guidelines to the public & Government bodies for better transparency.
  • Centralized registration of all tow trucks & customers service agents for efficient tracking & control.
  • Established recognized labour rates & parts discount structures to prevent disputes and consumer complaint.
  • Providing a window for consumers feedbacks or suggestions and where necessary to seek solutions in settlement of any complaints or dissatisfaction.
  • Introduce a search pathway for consumers to seek well equipped, qualified, skillful or conveniently located repairs outlets to cater for collision repairs.
  • To offer an available source of information for awareness & updated news of collision repairs techniques, product introduction & market trends as open to consumers, repair shops, official bodies & related suppliers.
